Refund policy

At Techure, we accept returns within 3 days of delivery. To qualify, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories included.

How to return: Email techure.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send return instructions. Customer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective — in that case, we cover shipping and offer a free replacement or full refund.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method.

Order cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
